Specialized Porting

I've created a new gallery website full of my Mazda rotary engine porting work.  I have hundreds of pictures up for viewing.  It can be accessed here:

I've also got some sample pictures of the specialized throttle body porting & polishing I perform on the 13B/13BT, Cosmo 13BRE, and 20BREW setups (13BREW excluded).  There is a very substantial gain in throttle response, boost response (reduction of turbo lag), increase in torque and peak horsepower, as well as significant mid-range power boost from this modification.  Very desirable!  All of the pictures are located on my new gallery website:

"The Proof is in the Pudding" - Below is a link to a dyno pull done on Ric Gibson's early 1970's Triumph Spitfire (custom-built) with a 13BT 2-rotor in it that I street ported, modified and built.  The boost during the pull was 14psi on pump gas.  The only change done to the vehicle was my throttle body modification.  The boost remained the same for both older and newer runs.  The only type of tuning done was to make sure the air-fuel ratios were straight.  The two most significant gains made on the before/after comparison are peak power increase (by about 35rwhp) as well as a dramatically more aggressive building of torque and horsepower much earlier in the RPM band.  Have a look at the proof!
